Terms of Use (EULA)
1. Parties & ecosystem
These Terms govern access to Peaceism Outreach Hub / AI Director (web and mobile) (“the App”). By creating an account or signing in, you agree to these Terms.
The App is provided for organizations in the SAMYCNCO International Group ecosystem — a Saudi-based international platform spanning investment, industry, technology, infrastructure, trade, and strategic partnerships under the corridor: From Saudi Arabia to the World / From the World to Saudi Arabia. Related brands selectable in the App include Peaceism, SAMYCNCO, WMIEC, and World Peace Development.

Public PR coverage has described Dr. Rashed Osman in connection with SACNCO / SAMYCNCO Group leadership. App Store / Play filings may use the operator contact and brand names above. Designating one official legal-controller company name or a Saudi commercial registration number is optional and may be added in a later policy revision.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for authorized organizational outreach drafting and review. You may not reverse engineer, resell access, or misuse the service to harass, spam, or violate applicable law.
3. Human approval & AI drafts
AI outputs are drafts only. They are not legal, medical, financial, investment, or diplomatic advice. Messages must not be sent, published, or treated as official until an authorized human approves them under your organization’s process.
You must not instruct the App to invent statistics, signed deals, minister or CEO names, guaranteed ROI, or other unverified facts. Grounding should follow approved organization knowledge, your objective, recipient fields, attachments, and verified sources. Claims about Vision 2030 alignment, Dongguan World Factory concepts, WMIEC (company-stated: Riyadh, 21–23 January 2027; venue/organizer URL optional and not required for these Terms), or partnership pipelines must not be overstated as closed government endorsements or completed funding without verification.
Regulated activities (including Web3, fintech, tokenization, and digital financial services) remain subject to applicable licensing and approvals. The App does not provide investment advice or promote token prices.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for credential security. We may suspend accounts for abuse, security risk, or policy violations. You may delete your account in-app; some anonymized audit records may remain. Until full end-to-end role separation is enabled, administrative operations may be performed by the interim admin mailbox above.
5. Acceptable use
- No unauthorized access, scraping, or circumvention of rate limits / kill switches.
- No uploading malware or unlawful content.
- No use of the App to violate sanctions, export controls, or privacy laws.
- No automated mass outreach that violates anti-spam or platform rules; Phase 1 remains draft-first with human approval.
- Do not confuse unrelated public events (for example WAM Saudi) with company-stated WMIEC materials when preparing external communications.
6. Intellectual property
App software, Peaceism brand assets (including the locked coin logo), SAMYCNCO and related brand materials, and documentation remain the property of their respective owners. Your submitted objectives remain yours; you grant us a license to process them to provide the service.
7. Disclaimer & liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI drafts, third-party provider outages, or indirect damages. Announced industrial frameworks or partnership figures in public media are not warranties of completed investment or results.
8. Governing law
The ecosystem operates across Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, China, Thailand, and other markets. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (primary development gateway stated in company materials), without prejudice to mandatory consumer or privacy rights that cannot be waived in your place of residence. A separate counsel-approved governing-law addendum is optional and may replace this clause later if leadership issues one.
